How do I cancel my subscription?
The subscription is managed by Apple: iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Dayven → Cancel Subscription. Access stays open until the end of the period already paid.
How do I get my subscription back on a new iPhone?
In the app, on the subscription screen: “Restore purchases”, with the same Apple Account.
Where is my data?
On your iPhone, and in your private iCloud if you turned it on. There is no Dayven account. Deleting the app erases the plan from the iPhone; iCloud data is managed in iOS Settings → your name → iCloud.
What does the assistant see?
Your sentence and the activities concerned, just long enough to answer you. Nothing is kept on our servers. Details in the privacy policy.
Reminders don’t arrive.
Check that notifications are allowed for Dayven in iOS Settings → Notifications, and that the activity has a reminder in its details.
Widgets stay empty.
Open Dayven once after adding the widget: the app then shares your day with it.
