These terms govern the subscription to the Dayven app (iPhone), published independently by Yohann Allouane. Contact: support.dayven@gmail.com. Access to Dayven is reserved for subscribers: the app has no free version.
| Plan | Price shown in the app | Free trial |
|---|---|---|
| Yearly | USD 29.99 per year (reference price; the price in your currency is shown in the app) | 3 days, once per Apple Account |
| Monthly | USD 4.99 per month (same) | none |
The prices that apply are those shown in the app at the time of purchase, in the currency of your App Store, taxes included. They come from the App Store; Dayven does not change them on its side.
The subscription is bought and billed by Apple through your App Store account. It renews automatically at the end of each period (one month or one year) at the current price, unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the period. The 3-day free trial of the yearly plan turns into a paid subscription when it ends, unless cancelled before.
You can cancel at any time in iOS Settings › your name › Subscriptions. Access stays open until the end of the period already paid. No pro rata refund is made for the current period.
Purchases go through the App Store: refund requests are made to Apple (reportaproblem.apple.com), under its terms. In accordance with the French Consumer Code, immediate access to the digital service with your express consent entails waiving the 14-day right of withdrawal.
The assistant makes automatically generated proposals: they may be inaccurate or unsuitable. You alone decide on your plan; every change can be undone in the app.
Dayven makes its best efforts to keep the service available. The assistant depends on third-party providers and may be temporarily unavailable; the agenda keeps working on the device. Updates to the app are delivered through the App Store.
Dayven is a personal organization tool. It cannot be held liable for a missed appointment, data entered by mistake, or use contrary to these terms. Mandatory consumer law provisions remain applicable.
